Why Silicone?
Silicone is made from quartz sand, a naturally occurring product that is found all over the world. It's manufacturing produces significantly less greenhouse gases than alternative products, such as PVC.

Do you ship Internationally?
We currently ship to the US and Australia. If you are in another location, check out our stockist page as there may be a reseller in your area.
What is your return policy?
We have a 30 day return policy. Please use our Return Portal or email us at emma@herzogshop.com to arrange a return. All products must be returned in original, unused condition with tags on.
Something I ordered is now on sale. Do you offer price adjustments?
Unfortunately we are unable to offer price adjustments. Our sales are for limited time only and while supplies lasts.
Why is my discount code not working with a sale item?
Discount codes only work on full price orders.
Do you recommend your collars for strong pullers?
If your dog is an enthusiastic walker and pulls on their leash we recommend using a harness when going out on adventures.
Where did your cork products go?
We loved starting out with our cork collars but wanted to find a more durable solution that was still eco-friendly. The new silicone material is much better for dogs who love being in the water and it's also scratch resistant!
